Organizations are the sum of their parts. We have to be sure all of these parts add up to a positive result. And the only way to be sure about this is to know all of your parts as well as possible.
A professional sports team is no different.
Blu Chip Analytics combines advanced AI technology with expert analysis to provide detailed reports on members of your organization. A personalized action plan provides a road map to not only understanding how an individual fits within your organization, but how to help them grow both as a person and an athlete.
We offer different levels of insight and analysis and will work within your budget to find the best option for your team.
A behavioral assessment plan will analyze various aspects of the individual and create a highly-detailed profile.
The behavioral assessment plan will be used to create an action plan and assess the organizational fit of the individual.
This will be taken one step further to explore how the individual’s culture will fit into that of the organization, any risks that result from differences, and additional action planning.
A team’s fanbase is what makes an organization thrive through the years. Diehard fans are what can carry a team through the good seasons as well as the not so good ones. But knowing how to engage your fans can be tricky. There’s no singular solution. And figuring out your particular audience is the key to a sustainable and long-lasting relationship with your fans.
FanFocus makes use of proprietary tools and technologies to gather data and insights to help organizations better connect with their fans. This information informs how we work with your internal and external marketing teams to put together a plan that best fits your team’s needs and infrastructure.
All fan data is processed with Blu Chip Analytics’ augmented intelligence platform to generate information you can use. The resulting data and analytics are provided to the team with an easy-to-navigate dashboard.
Working with Blu Chip has given our organization access to cutting edge technology that helps us better understand our players which lets us make the best decisions for our team.
